I live in Pinner and moved here for the wonderful park where my young kids play.
However, the park, which serves many thousands of residents, has now had its park keeper removed to save costs, leaving piles of dog faeces and wind-blown litter across the area and in the pond used by wildlife.
It is also no longer locked, leaving it open to gangs of people congregating at night who leave burning fires in bins.
I understand Pinner Memorial Park is the most used in Harrow and would have thought the business case to get the park keeper reinstated to her original role would be both popular and make economic sense.
Since the park keeper left, the hygiene risk posed is something that worries me when I think about taking my kids there now.
