One evening recently, I was walking in Kings Road, South Harrow, when I had the misfortune to step into what would only be describes as a mound of dog faeces.
What a horrifying experience it would be for a blind person.
The fact that there is a post with the sign ‘No Fouling’ and a picture of a dog beside it seems to mean nothing to some residents of the borough.
You do not need an English degree to read and adhere to the signs, but perhaps the signs should be in other languages, as official forms are?
