I am appalled to see that plans, uncovered by Labour members of the Greater London Authority, show that Harrow & Wealdstone Station may lose up to seven staff.
This a blow for the safety of the travelling public in Wealdstone. Our station is a busy commuter hub served by four different lines and the public depend on staff for their safety.
After years of above-inflation increases in fares, the commuters of Wealdstone deserve better.
