On Saturday at 5.30pm, I was travelling by bus on route Number 340 from Harrow to Edgware.
There was an elderly disabled lady sitting in a disabled bay as two ladies with their large buggies got on and one hit her buggy on this disabled lady’s feet.
It seems that nowadays bus drivers do not care about the safety and comfort of the passengers by allowing buggies to be shoved on board even though there is obviously not enough space.
The buses are also dirty with food, soft drinks and newspapers everywhere.
Why doesn’t Transport for London ban food and drink on the buses. What’s going on? Third world countries’ transports are better then TfL.
