In last week’s edition of the Harrow Times, Jeremy Zeid, writing on behalf of UKIP, beguiles us with fantasy tales of parrots like a wide-boy’s spiel disarming his clients’ caution (‘Four years of ‘Polly-tics’, Your Views, August 21).
‘Kip’ is a slang word for sleep and UKIP suggests let your good sense go to sleep while we steal your vote.
Reject this potion of verbiage which aims to steal away your wits.
