TWENTY fire engines and more than 100 firefighters were sent to tackle a blaze at a factory next to Wembley Stadium this morning.
The brigade was called to the fire, in South Way, at around 11.45am.
Local residents were told to stay indoors with windows and doors closed while crews tried to bring the flames under control.
One ambulance and two officers were called to the scene at 12.25pm.
There are no reports of casualties but nearby roads have been closed.
Some site workers have left the stadium as a precaution.
Police were also called but are not treating the blaze as suspicious.
