A hospice is calling on people to showcase their general knowledge skills by taking part in its annual quiz night.

St Luke’s Hospice is holding the “fun and friendly” event at St Gregory’s Catholic Science College, in Donnington Road, Harrow on February 24.

It hopes to provide a stimulating challenge and give people the opportunity to come together and meet new people.

Tickets for the evening cost £17 and this includes entry, pizza, garlic bread, salad and snacks throughout the night.

There will also be a raffle and a bar offering a selection of drinks, including tea and coffee.

The quiz gives people the chance to raise vital funds for a good cause. St Luke’s relies on such funding to keep the hospice up and running.

This enables it to care for people with cancer and other serious progressive illnesses and allows them to maintain a high level of service where no one is ‘just a patient’.

At the Quiz Night, doors will open at 7pm, with proceedings starting promptly at 7.30pm.
