Pop star Yazz is coming to Harrow to talk about her varied experiences before and after she “turned her life over to Christ”.
The 57-year-old, who had a number one hit with ‘The Only Way is Up’ in 1988, is being hosted by Kenton Baptist Church over the weekend.
On November 17 she will give a talk to young people about what it means to be a Christian and how this has impacted on her life.
Starting at 8.15pm at the church in College Road, Harrow, the event is free to attend but guests are advised to call 020 8863 7837 beforehand due to capacity issues.
The next day, Yazz will speak and perform at a ‘Ladies’ Breakfast’, which begins at 9am. For more information, call the church on the number above.
