She may be out of the running for this year’s X-Factor crown, but people are still talking about the show’s most controversial contestant.

English fashion model Jourdan Dunn has said it was a “highlight” to see rapper Honey G voted off the talent show.

Honey G, real name Anna Georgette Gilford, was voted out of the live X Factor shows on November 27, after battling it out with boyband 5 After Midnight.

Despite her giving it her all, judges Louis Walsh, Nicole Scherzinger and Simon Cowell chose to save the boys.

Ms Dunn, who is backing boyband 5 After Midnight to win, said: “This year has been a bit rubbish, apart from music, which has been great with Solange and Beyonce. Everything else has been very weird.

“But Honey G not making it to the semi-finals was a highlight. I don’t want to be anti-anyone but I felt like her time was up, I just couldn’t deal with her.”

However, the 35-year-old is determined to carry on making music in the future.

She said the X-Factor changed her life and rumours are circulating that she could soon sign a record deal with Mr Natsy Simon Cowell or even release a Christmas album.

She may not be everyone's cup of tea, but there is still a lot of love out there for Harrow's Honey G.
