A Pro BMXer and Guinness World Record holder has been visiting schools in Harrow as part of National Bike Week.
The Bicycle Society has employed the eye-catching skills of Matti Hemmings to promote cycling and engage pupils at schools across the borough in a fun and interactive way.

Matti holds the rather unique world record for the most no-handed spins on a BMX with one foot on the handle bars in a minute.
He successfully completed 56 rotations with a trick called the “Cliffhanger”, a signature move he often finishes his shows on.
Focusing on the development of Key Stage 1 pupils – aged four to seven – the programme has been well received, with many schools asking when it will be repeated. Â
