Organisations, charities and community groups involved in providing information, advice or advocacy services in Harrow are being invited to share their views on services with the council.

The feedback will help Harrow Council improve its services for residents.

The authority is developing a new strategy aiming to make sure people in Harrow get the information and advice they need as quickly as possible.

Consultation events will be taking place on Monday, May 23, between 10am and 1pm in committee room three at Harrow Civic Centre, with a second event between 6pm and 9pm that evening in committee rooms one and two.

Light refreshments will be available at both events.

To confirm attendance at either event, email community.development@harrow.gov.uk. People can only register to attend one event.

The council is also keen to talk to service users and hear about their experiences and suggestions.

It is asking organisations or groups holding any event with service users over the next few weeks, such as a coffee morning or drop-in session, if council officers can attend.

Send details of events to community.development@harrow.gov.uk by Friday, May 13.
