CLEAR skies above the borough allowed one freelance photographer to take these photos of a rare blood-red eclipse.
Stargazers across the globe have had their smartphones and cameras out to capture their own photos of a rare supermoon eclipse - the first of its kind since 1982 with the next not being seen until 2033.
In Wealdstone, freelance photographer of three years Dipuk Bhudia snapped his own shots of the rare sight while he sat at home.
He said: “I was watching from 10pm and then went to sleep for a bit, but got back up at 2am.
“I was just sat watching the eclipse so took some more, went outside on my driveway and got my tripod out and took some more of the red glow.
“I’m really pleased to have been able to capture it – it’s something I’ll look back on as you won’ see it again until 2033.
“I’m definitely pleased with the results and have got loads of positive reactions on social media.”
