A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a barmaid.
Natalia Czekaj, 34, was found dead at her home in Berridge Green, Edgware on January 6.
A post-mortem gave the cause of death as shock, haemorrhage and multiple stab wounds.
James Richardson, 34, of Berridge Green, Edgware, denied murder when he appeared at the Old Bailey today.
His plea was not accepted and he will stand trial for murder on September 21.
A Polish national, Ms Czekaj moved to London ten years ago and worked at The Alliance pub in West Hampstead.
