The final 2015/16 budget, medium term financial strategy and capital programme will be heard by cabinet on February 19 and will be discussed by the full council on February 26.

The meeting will take place in committee rooms 1 and 2 at Harrow Civic Centre, off Station Road, Harrow, from 7.30pm this evening.
