An opticians held a Halloween party for children to help raise money for charity.
Opticalise Opticians, based in Harrow, invited families to its branch for the free event to promote eye health and raise money for St Luke’s Hospice.
The party included balloon modelling, face painting and free sight tests for children.
Practice owner Mahel Shah said: “The party is all about getting into the Halloween spirit, bringing the local community together and showing parents just how important it is that their children attend regular eye examinations.
“We all had great fun last year and managed to raise a considerable amount of money for charity and we are hoping to have same great success this year in supporting the St Luke’s Hospice.”
The hospice, in Kenton Grange, relies on public donations to provide care for people with terminal illnesses in Harrow and Brent.
