Members of a squash club will be taking part in a non-stop match to raise money for charity.

Harrow Squash Club will host a 24-hour charity squashathon on Saturday, October 18, at Harrow Leisure Centre, in Christchurch Avenue, Harrow.

The mammoth match will raise money for St Luke’s Hospice and international charity Water Aid.

The event will start at 12pm with two players on court at any one time playing for 30 minutes each.

People are being invited by the club to take part and play a slot to help raise money for charity.

Chairman of Harrow Squash Club Tony Morrison said: “It’s set to be a fun and rewarding challenge.

“Those taking part will get to meet new people and raise money for charity while enjoying a fantastic workout.

“We are very grateful to Harrow Leisure Centre for providing us with free use of the court and supporting the event.”
