A Muslim association hosted a peace conference with community leaders from across the borough.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Association of Harrow and Greenford welcomed dignitaries to Pinner Village Hall, in Chapel Lane, on Saturday, October 11.
The 50 guests including the Mayor of Harrow and Harrow police Borough Commander Chief Supt Simon Ovens were given a talk from Imam Ataul Mujeeb Rashid of the London Mosque about the work of the association.
The association was founded in 1889 and has branches in more than 170 countries around the world, aiming to promote peace and brotherhood among people of all backgrounds.
