Plans to demolish a pub to make way for new flats will be heard this evening.
Members of Harrow Borough Council's planning committee will discuss proposals for the old Sam Maguire Public House, in High Street, Wealdstone.
The pub has been vacant for some time and developers propose to tear it down to make way for a four and five-storey building with 27 flats and retail space in the ground floor.
The planning committee will meet to discuss the proposals for the pub site from 6.30pm at the council Civic Centre, in Station Road.
