Worshippers will take to the streets for an annual festival procession through the borough.
On Sunday June 29, members of the Shree Swaminarayan Temple, Dharma Bhakti Manor, in Wood Lane, Stanmore, will hold its annual Rath Yatra festival.
The festival involves a procession in which Lord Jagannathji is seated in a divine chariot (Rath) and taken through the streets of Harrow, starting at Queensbury Park at 12.30pm.
Worshippers will pull the chariot and through the borough along Honeypot Lane, up Old Church Lane and Stanmore Hill to the temple in Wood Lane.
There will be several chariots on the day, one for women and one for men as well as specific chariots for children.
