Politicians who attempted to recreate the famous Oscar 'selfie' were seen by millions of Americans when their picture was used on the chat show hosted by its creator.
Last week Labour MPs including Sadiq Khan, Diane Abbott, Steve Pound, Andy Slaughter, Heidi Alexander, and Gareth Thomas squeezed into the photo, taken outside Queensbury Tube station by Harrow East Labour candidate Uma Kumaran.
The 'selfie' was a copy of Oscars host Ellen DeGeneres' now famous picture of herself with film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper and Meryl Streep.
Taken by the Oscars ceremony host on Sunday March 2, was retweeted more than 3million times around the world and widely mimiced.
But the Labour candidate's copy was featured by the US chat show host on her programme on Monday evening.
