Families are being invited to take part in a fitness challenge event at a leisure centre.
Harrow Leisure Centre, in Christchurch Avenue will be hosting free activities on Saturday, February 8, from 10m to 4pm.
The Big Family challenge will include free dance classes, swimming, sport taster sessions, gymnastics and bouncy castle fun.
A competition will be running throughout the day and the family with the highest score will win a trip to Disneyland Paris.
The challenge will include three very simple activities designed to test families’ co-ordination, agility and stamina.
