The eight-storey property will provide education, leisure and retail services

Owners of empty Harrow-on-the-Hill offices have secured three new tenants to occupy the building.

The new tenants of 'The Hub', which has been unused for more than two years, hope to use the eight-storey block to provide education, leisure and retail services.

St Patrick’s College of London, owned by the London School of Business and Finance, will occupy the top five floors.

A gym will be built on two open-plan floors and a Tesco Express will open on the ground floor.

Do we need another Tesco Express in Harrow? There's already one in Station Road.
