Students and staff at Stanmore College, in Elm Park, are to get a brief taste of fame on Saturday.
Yesterday Sky Sports News visited the college to compile a special report on a campaign that it has been involved in.
Stanmore College has been working with the Football Association and Mars as part of the Just Play campaign which is aiming to make it easy for people to play football near to their home.
The report will appear on Sky Sports News from 7.30am on Saturday as part of the channel’s Get Involved series which is demonstrating how the Football Association is encouraging young players to stay in the game.
Michael Daisy, sports and enrichment manager at Stanmore College, was interviewed for the feature as he has been heavily involved in getting students to play football.
Some of the pupils were also filmed and were asked about how the scheme has encouraged them to keep playing the game.
