HARROW'S schools rightly have an excellent reputation. The hard work of pupils, teachers and parents has meant we've seen excellent results year after year. But I want to see reform and further investment to keep our schools among the best in the country.

I UNDERSTAND that we sadly live in a world of increasing cynicism and scepticism and that, in this context, politicians are about as popular as estate agents or journalists (with apologies to both of these fine professions).

LAST month I was very pleased to arrange a meeting for local healthcare campaigners Community Voice to present our Save Cancer Services at Mount Vernon Hospital petition to Health Minister Ben Bradshaw along with other local MPs Nick Hurd MP and John McDonnell MP.
