BUS drivers employed by Harrow-based Metroline plan a third 24-hour strike from 4am on Monday (November 27.
The company and the Transport and General Workers' Union have been unable to reach agreement over the drivers' 2006 pay settlement.
Metroline operates 60 routes, mostly in north and north west London, from garages in Harrow weald, Edgware and North Wembley, among others.
Transport for London said it was working to keep disruption for passengers to a minimum.
"We ask that passengers check their route and listen to media travel updates before they travel on Monday," TfL said.
"Where possible, passengers should use alternative means of transport."
Information will be provided by TfL through Countdown, the a message signs at bus stops; posters at bus stops, shelters and stations; ots travel information team on 020 7222 1234, and at www.tfl.gov.uk/journeyplanner.
Extra staff will be out on the network on Monday, concentrating on the busiest stations and stops, offering advice and guidance to passengers.
They will also be driving along bus routes with no service to offer advice to passengers.
