Police appeal following teen rape in Harrow

Police are appealing for information following the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Harrow last week.

The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was attacked in Harrow Recreation Ground, in Boxtree Lane, at around 8pm on Monday, April 2.

Police are anxious to speak to anybody who was in or near the park at the time. People with information are asked to call Detective Constable John Isaacs or Police Constable Stacy Davis on 020 8733 5009 or 020 8733 5062.

That park is getting worse and worse by the day. My parents were there at around 4pm and were subjected to racial abuse both verbal and physical. On calling the police, they never even turned up until I intervened by which time it was too late. Police stated they forgot to pass the message from the switchboard...whatev
er! There are far more attacks in this park to what gets reported.
