Youths to appear in court after railway death

Two youths are due to appear before magistrates today after the death of a man at a railway station last year.

Lewis Ghessen, 22, of Westminster, was struck by a train at Harrow & Wealdstone railway station the night before his 23rd birthday. His body was found at 7.30am on September 25 last year.

Dominic Morris, of Leavesden Road, Watford, and a 16-year-old from Harrow, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were charged with manslaughter by British Transport Police yesterday evening.

They will appear before Hendon magistrates later today.
