A WEMBLEY resident has been charged with possession of a lock knife after an operation in Kilburn.

Pierre Lucien-Ethienne, 18, of Hillfield Avenue, is accused of having the offensive weapon with him after police launched a knife arch operation at Dollis Hill tube station on Thursday, November 13.

Mr Lucien-Ethienne will appear before Brent Magistrates on Tuesday, November 25, to answer the charge.
