Hair, Beauty and Make-Up students got to see their creations come to life at a glitzy red carpet event in front of a packed audience.
Students from Harrow College took part in the event at the Harrow-on-the-Hill campus, which culminated in a fashion show.
The ‘Red Carpet Showcase 2017’ Expo also offered bespoke manicures at specially set up nail bars and an array of sparkling drinks.
Costumes, hair styles and the models’ make-up were all designed by students taking courses at the college.
Charlene Carr, course leader for Hair and Beauty at Harrow College, explained how the showcase was an ideal way for students to express themselves and gain experience for the future.
She said: “Our students have delivered a fantastic Expo event. They applied many of the techniques, skills and knowledge taught to them on their courses which was great to see.
“The high standard of work on display gives me every confidence that the students will go on to have successful careers in this industry.”
