Weather
Today will feel rather gloomy with dark and light clouds being the key feature. The wind will be light but chilly, with highs of 15C.
Tube and train
The District line is part suspended in the south, meaning there are minor delays from Parsons Green to Edgware Road. London Overground also is part closure due to planned engineering works, meaning there is no service between Gospel Oak and Barking either way.
London Midland, East Midlands, and Network Rail in southwest Herts and north London are running with a good service, but there are minor delays on Thameslink trains through Bedford to Brighton both ways, passing through St Albans.
Traffic
There are delays of around 10 minutes on the M25 anticlockwise in Potters Bar, and further round between junction 20 for the A4251 and junction 18 for the A404 Rickmansworth Road.
The North Circular is becoming more congested with delays westbound of up to eight minutes as the road approaches Pinkham Way, Southgate. These delays are set to increase.
The approach on the A1 Barnet Bypass to Stirling Corner has also heavy traffic.
The North Orbital Road in London Colney is also congested, heading both ways.
