A 19-year-old was rushed to hospital after suffering knife wounds to his face and stomach.
Police were called to Northolt Road in South Harrow at 9.48pm on Sunday, January 8.
The London Ambulance service was already on the scene near South Harrow station.
He was taken to hospital, treated for the wounds and subsequently discharged.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.

This is the second attack in Northolt Road in less than two months, after Hussein Ahmed, 19, from Edgware, died from stab wounds in November.
Mr Ahmed was riding a bike when he was attacked outside a kebab house by a gang.
He later died in hospital.
