ALDI is recalling its popular Chinese chicken curry dish with egg fried rice due to allergy fears.

The meal contains milk, which is not declared in the ingredient list on the packet. This means the product is a possible health risk to anyone with an intolerance or an allergy to milk or milk constituents.

The three ALDI stores across the borough are the Field End Road store in Eastcote, in Kingsbury Road, Kingsbury and in Victoria Retail Park, South Ruislip.

In a report by ALDI, it read: "Our supplier has notified us that the product contains milk which is not declared in the list of ingredients.

"If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, please do not eat it. Customers are asked to return this product to the nearest store, where a full refund will be given. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your co-operation."
