A yoga teacher is holding classes to raise funds for a Harrow-based disability charity.
Apeksha hosts her classes every Saturday from 3.15pm to 4.30pm at the Healthy Living Centre on High Street, Wealdstone.
The lessons are open to all ability levels, with beginners more than welcome. Owning a yoga mat is not essential as these can be provided at the centre.
Classes cost £6 each although the first is half price. All money raised goes directly to the Harrow Association of Disabled People, helping facilitate a valuable local service.
