A man has died after being hit by a train at Harrow-on-the-Hill Station this morning.
British Transport Police closed the station following the incident at around 9.30am.
A spokeswoman said: "Our officers were called to Harrow on the Hill London Underground station following a report of a man struck by a train.
"Metropolitan Police officers also attended the incident, which was reported to BTP at 9.31am and is not being treated as suspicious.
"Medics from London Ambulance Service also attended but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Officers are currently working to establish the identity of the man and inform his family.
"A file will be prepared for the coroner."
