Children scrambled to have a go on go karts as families enjoyed a day in the sun.
More than 1,500 people enjoyed a day out in the sunshine at a family fun day at Jewish Care’s Princess Alexandra Home in Stanmore.
The day, organised by the home's special events committee, raised £20,000 this year to help buy vital equipment to enable tenants to take part in a variety of activities.
Families, Jewish Care supporters and people from the community were treated to performances from dance troupes and school choirs, while children made the most of the bouncy castles, fun fair rides and face-painting.
