A man has died and another is in a critical condition after a car crashed into three stationary vehicles in the early hours of this morning.
A 27-year-old man who was one of four passengers in a blue Ford Focus that crashed into The Mall, Harrow, at 3.05am was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 25-year-old man was taken to hospital in a critical condition, while the other two passengers were also taken to hospital. Their injuries are not thought to be serious.
The driver has now been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving without insurance.
Detectives from the serious collision investigation unit based at Alperton are investigating and anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
