Petitions will be presented as councillors review the budget for the coming year.
Harrow Councillors will attend a full council meeting this evening to discuss the final proposals for its budget for the 12 months from April.
Councillors will receive petitions from five groups of campaigners hoping to stop library closures, cuts to mental health services and a proposed charge for collecting brown bins.
The meeting will be held in the council chamber at Harrow Civic Centre from 7.30pm this evening.
