Shoppers can celebrate two Jewish festivals with a Rabbi.
People visiting the Broadwalk Centre, in Station Road, Edgware, will be treated to free apples and honey as part of the Jewish New Year celebration Rosh Hashannah.
Rabbi Sudak, director of the Lubavitch of Edgware, will lead celebrations on Thursday, September 25 and Friday, September 26 from 4pm.
He will also be blowing the shofar - an instrument made from the horn of a sheep or goat - at the event.
Centre manager Angela Brooks said: “We have been working closely with Rabbi Sudak for nearly ten years now and it is always a delight to be able to offer our shoppers free apples and honey to celebrate Rosh Hashanah.
“We live in such a diverse town we are aware that not everyone celebrates the festive season in the same way so we strive to ensure that our events programme reflects the beliefs of our whole community.”
