A school has been celebrating after recording a 100 per cent pass rate in its A-Level results.
Heathfield School for Girls, in Pinner, got a 100 per cent pass rate in grades A* to D, with 20 per cent of pupils getting grades of A*.
Head girl Rosemary Parnham got two A*s and an A and will be studying English literature at Warwick University.
She said: “I am very relieved and extremely happy. I have to thank all the teachers and staff at Heathfield for contributing to my achievements; I couldn’t have done it without them.”
Headteacher Anne Stevens said: “I am thrilled with these outstanding results and congratulate our girls on their hard work and dedication and the teachers for their excellent teaching, support and guidance.”
The school in Beaulieu Drive is now set to close and merge with Northwood College from September this year.
