Four men accused of being part of a conspiracy to help supply fraudulent visas will appear in court this morning.
Faisal Sultan, 31, Sheeraz Sultan, 32, and Shahzad Sultan, 35, all of Church Lane, Kingsbury, will join Devashish Shah, of St Paul’s Avenue, Queensbury at Hendon Magistrates’ Court charged with conspiring to defraud the Home Office.
The accused were arrested along with four other men in raids across north west London yesterday morning by officers from the UK Border Agency in what they said was the culmination of a year-long investigation into a network helping mostly Indian, Pakistani and Nepali people fraudulently apply for UK visas.
Officers also raided an immigration law advisor’s office in Kenton as part of the investigation into the lucrative alleged scheme, which would cost clients hundreds of thousands of pounds.
