Detectives investigating the disappearance of a Stanmore man a month ago believe he may have been sleeping rough.
Derek Lincoln, a 64-year-old asthmatic man, has been missing without his inhaler since being seen in Naresby Fold at 5.45am on August 14.
Detective Constable Stephen McMillian, of Harrow’s Missing Persons Unit, said he was “concerned” about the welfare of Mr Lincoln, who has short receding grey hair and wears glasses.
He said: “We believe he has not been taking his medication and may have been sleeping rough. He looks dishevelled and his feet are swollen.”
Police believe Mr Lincoln, who was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with an Arsenal logo on the chest and black trousers, likes to travel on buses and regularly visits Edgware, Harrow, Finchley and Barnet.
