If you’re looking for something to do with the kids this half term, why not take them to gawp at some creepy crawlies?
The Mini Monsters Roadshow, which will be coming to St Ann’s Shopping Centre on February 17, is set to “fascinate” children.
Kids of all ages will be able to marvel at snakes, lizards, cockroaches and millipedes during interactive sessions and have the chance to hold their favourite not-so-furry monsters.
There will also be animal themed giveaways.
Jeff Jackson, Manager of St Ann’s Shopping Centers, said: “Children will be fascinated by the insects and reptiles. The show will give them the opportunity to see some of these creatures up close and find out more about their habitats and lifestyles in an informal, yet educational way.
"Who knows, perhaps one of our younger shoppers will become a Steve Backshall of the future?”
The event will run from 11am to 3.30pm, with special ‘natural wonder shows’ taking place at 11:30am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm.
