A SIX-WEEK course for those beginning to trace their family history will start next month at a library in Harrow.
Topics covered will include how to start searching through civil registration, census returns, parish registers, wills and probate and surnames.
The course will be held at the Civic Centre Reference Library, in Station Road, Harrow.
Harrow's Library service has teamed up with website services Family History Detectives and Find My Past to promote family history within libraries in the community by providing free access to computers and library online resources.
The course will start on January 11.
