MARVIN McCoy has signed a contract extension that will keep him at Adams Park until summer 2013.
The highly-rated right-back put pen to the paper on the new deal on Friday after originally signing a one-year contract in the summer.
The 22-year-old was capped by Antigua and Barbuda earlier this year, having joined the Blues from non-league Wealdstone following a trial spell.
McCoy, who has played in every minute of Blues’ last 14 matches, said: “I’m buzzing. I’m playing game, I’m enjoying it, I’ve got a good manager and there’s a good set of lads here.
“I’m learning in every game I play in and I just want to progress.”
Manager Gary Waddock said: “I’m delighted Marv has signed a new contract. He’s come in, worked hard and taken his opportunity.
“His performances have been really pleasing and we believe this is the ideal place for him to continue his development.”
