A MAN arrested on suspicion of murdering a warehouse worker in Wembley continues to be quizzed by cops.
The 34-year-old was arrested yesterday evening on suspicion of slashing the throat of a man in his late 40s in a warehouse in Fourth Way, in the shadow of Wembley Stadium.
His lifeless body was discovered at around 7.40am yesterday by the owner of the warehouse as his opened up for the day.
Police sealed off the area and began a fingertip search for clues, including a hunt for the murder weapon.
The arrested man, who is understood to know the victim, was detained yesterday evening and remains in custody at a west London police station where he is being questioned by murder detectives.
Police are also trying to track down the victim's family, who are thought to be from south Asian, to inform them of his death.
A post mortem examination is taking place this afternoon to determine the cause of death, and the murder investigation continues.
