FEARS are growing for a 36-year-old missing autistic man from Wembley.

Peter Shields, who has diabetes, was last seen by a day care centre worker in High Street, Harlesden, on Monday, August 17, at around 12.15pm.

He went missing from his home at 10.30pm the Monday before, wearing black jogging trousers, a brown striped jumper and a black baseball cap.

When spotted in Harlesden Mr Shields, described as a black man of large build, was wearing a grey jumper and blue jeans.

He cannot speak but understands language, walks on his tip toes and is known for going into shops and eating snacks.
