A VIETNAMESE man has been charged with growing cannabis after a raid on a Harrow house last week.

Police smashed their way into the detached house in Headstone Road on Friday, November 14, discovering almost 400 cannabis plants worth around £30,000.

Hung Cuomg Doan, 28, was arrested on suspicion of growing cannabis and has been released on police bail until January 5.

He will return to a police station in West Yorkshire, where he is already wanted in relation to cannabis growing.
