Car smash leaves woman fighting for life

Comments (0)A WOMAN has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after a car crash in Stanmore.
The Broadway was shut after the crash, involving a blue Honda Accord, which left the woman with potentially life threatening injuries.
She was rushed to the Royal Free Hospital with injuries to her head, pelvis, and back sustained in the crash, which happened outside Sainsbury’s just before midday today.
The main road remains closed as police officers from the Met’s crash investigation unit look into the cause of the smash.
Traffic is being diverted and local bus services have been delayed.
