ELDERLY and disabled people with substantial needs will be given care for the next three years as part of a programme of changes to adult services.
Harrow Council decided to withdraw care from residents with substantial needs last summer, but the policy was never implemented because of a judicial review in December last year.
Its cabinet has now approved plans to reverse the policy, ending more than nine months of uncertainty over the future of adult services.
