A COW has been killed at the biggest Hare Krishna Temple in Britain in defiance of the religious views of the monks who run it.
Police accompanied RSPCA officers onto the grounds of Bhaktivedanta Temple, in Hillfield Lane, Watford, where the cow, called Gangotri, was put down at 9am this morning.
More to follow.
What do you think of the decision to put down the cow?
